Survey Completed

A complete topographical survey has been completed for 27540 Sherlock Road in Los Altos Hills.  The MDA (Maximum Developable Area) is 7,500SF with a maximum floor area ratio of 5,000SF. This allows for either new high end construction or a complete remodel!   Plenty of room to expand with majestic views overlooking the bay with possibilities for horses.  A copy of this survey along with the MDA/MFA calculations is available on the disclosure link on this site.
